Our Story
The Radnor Committee for Special Education (RCSE) was established by founding board members Rohini Bhatia, Margaret Hondros, Amy Kopelman, Kathy Mair, and Nicole Mendez, with the goal of supporting students with disabilities and their families in the Radnor School District. Recognizing the importance of advocacy and collaboration, they created a platform to promote inclusive educational practices and ensure access to necessary resources. Their work laid the foundation for RCSE’s ongoing mission to strengthen special education services and foster a more equitable learning environment for all students.
